This means that you have to be sure to take a look at the various types of work that is coming in, how you are processing it, and how it is working. This is something that you should be doing on a regular basis. However, if you find that it just isn't working, this is the time that you are going to want to take to change it so that it works better.

Remember that when you reorganize your business, it isn't completely like starting from scratch, but you might want to treat it like it is. Take the time to write a business plan that shows you how you can succeed, and then make the changes that need to be made so that your business isn't failing any more. Have a trusted friend or mentor look over your business plan and ask for input, fresh eyes often give you a new prospective. Don't be afraid to start completely over on some of your projects, because this just might be the tip that you are all looking for to make sure that you are going to be a success.
