Review: Warehouse 13 Buried

When Mrs. Frederic begins talking a dead language, the workforce discovers the remnants of Warehouse two have already been discovered throughout an archeological dig in Egypt. Pete, Myka, H.G. and Valda are despatched to shut down Warehouse 2 for very good prior to it kills Mrs. Frederic. Pete can also be requested to make a choice between the warehouse along with the enjoy of his lifestyle. And H.G.'s true intentions will finally be revealed. That was the elegance of tonight's episode. Mainly because, although it may just be an additional day in the office it's also 1 with the toughest problems the Warehouse 13 crew has ever confronted. And I'll say this much, introducing the thought of an historic warehouse is seriously cool. Warehouse 2? That just made me all kinds of giddy.

I also like all the qualifications we received around the nature in the warehouse in this episode. The idea of the warehouse getting a mind-melded caretaker definitely changes one's entire outlook around the huge construction itself. I continually thought the entire "the warehouse is a residing thing" things was just type of declaring that there is a great deal of freaky s**t on this location. But no, the warehouse is virtually a living thing that requirements a host. That's just traditional Sci-Fi towards the max.

On the entrance with the host, hinting at the notion that Claudia will likely be Mrs. Frederic's successor is freaking cool. Visualize a personality with the creepiness of Mrs. Frederic (which only C.C.H Pounder can seriously pull off) plus the hotness/awesomeness of Claudia Donovan. I can see all of your nerd brains exploding at the mere believed.

I even got behind Lindsey Wagner on this episode. The initial time her character was introduced a few weeks ago she served no purpose at all! But on this episode not only did she play a key role, but we now know that she has lots of power that was not previously revealed.

As for that Indian Jones/Tomb Raider story line, it was genuinely cool. Despite the really poor, but charming CG (a staple of Warehouse 13 at this stage), the stuff in Warehouse 2 was actually tight and incredibly trippy. I seriously felt poor for Valda when he was pressured to destroy himself (believed I genuinely do not see the cause why. I imply, it's written on the wall, so what?). But lets be honest, it's Warehouse 13. I'm sure the writers will locate a way to provide him back again.

What didn't: For the document, I've been calling the H.G. Properly betrayal for weeks. This is just the way in which Television goes. The enemy turns into an ally but not for lengthy. It is been completed to death. So no, I wasn't shocked within the least to determine H.G. betray the group at the finish with the episode. But I'd like to understand exactly where Arty went.

I genuinely could care less about Pete's really like life appropriate now. Along with the complete idea that Warehouse agents are allowed to tell one individual who they actually are just seems just a little to handy for me. You recognize who could have employed that piece of knowledge about 3 weeks ago? Claudia god dammit! Let that lady be pleased!
