The fastest option is the daily New Delhi-Ahmedabad Swarna Jayanti Rajdhani Express (12958) that takes only 13 hours to reach the destination. And moreover being an overnight train, it is the best option. Ashram Super Fast (12916) and Haridwar Ahmedabad Mail (19106) are the other two daily trains.
