Coworkers should develop a harmonious relationship towards each other so that the business will run smoothly. Dont allow yourself to underestimate your employees if youre the employer. Instead be thankful for them for they are one of the factors that affect the growth of your business. You should give them the words of courage so that they will be more than willing to do their respective jobs. Create a well integrated person in your company so that you can assure yourself that your business will sustain long enough to compete on the business industry.
