When cooperating with China, Russia can gradually develop local infrastructure with the common forces and realize the large-scale plans to exploit local resources. China is interested in this area, so it would be the biggest investor.

The natural resources in Siberia and the Far East are attractive to China. Whoever puts more reasonable conditions and provides specific investment project would win. At present, China and Russia are strengthening cooperation in various fields, and bilateral contacts have been further deepened. The Russians don't need to worry about the entry of Chinese businessmen as they will contribute to local economic development.
