10. Cook on the right cookware to maximize heat from the stove. For example- utensils that have flat bottoms and tight fittings.

11. Get rid of old appliances because they consume more of electricity. Instead install new and efficient ones.

12. Make less use of blow-dryers.

13. Keep windows open, rather than having air conditioners on all day along.

14. Turn off the lights when asleep.

15. Only those appliances should be bought that one needs really. For example- a large refrigerator for a single person leads in electricity wastage.
