If you want to close more deals and make more money then you need to understand the importance of this closing technique

. The greatest thing about my ultimate close is that you leave the customer only 3 choices and the odds are in your favor that they will do what you want. I have been using this closing technique for years and no matter what I am selling it has given me a conversion percentage of almost 94%.

The trick to my ultimate closing technique is that you need to make the customer tell you then and there what they like about your product of service and see what they say. Almost everybody you talk to will say good things and the key is to then tell them that since you talk so highly of the product or service then you must be ready to move forward and see what they do. Almost everybody will say they need to think about things or talk to somebody else, which then you respond by telling them that why wait and ask what will change between now and later. And if they say then need to talk to somebody you then ask them what talking to another person is going to do when they have already told you how great the product or service is. Doing this will take a few times to get right, but once you start to actually sell yourself and your product or service instead of just presenting you will see your sales and your salary skyrocket.

The one thing I would highly suggest is role playing with a friend or family member and telling them about what you do and try to make a sale in a few different ways. First ask them to be nice and be three different people, one who accepts after just a few tries, one who accepts after many tries and then finally one who declines everything and makes thing difficult for you. If you can do a great job with this then you will be ready for actual customers and start to make money quickly.
