As soon as he purchased The Vineyard at Stockcross, he got busy adorning the walls of the restaurant, suites and hallways with his remarkable art collection which is aptly known as the Michael Collection. This collection, itself, draws guests to the hotel.

Ranging from luxurious traditional suites to contemporary suites, each comes individually designed - complete with Italian marble bathrooms.
Take La Carrire for instance. One of the Grande Suites, it offers the ultimate in luxury. Elegantly designed, La Carrire features a stunning four-poster bed, spacious seating area with flat-screen TV and a writing desk.
The individually crafted Italian marble bathroom has a freestanding bath, large separate shower, cosy slippers, fluffy robes and ultra-luxurious Molton Brown toiletries.

Then theres the most exquisite food. Look forward to interesting dishes full of flavour, courtesy of Executive Head Chef, Daniel Galmiche. Awarded Relais Chateaux Worldwide Rising Chef 2011, Daniel has held a Michelin star for 20 years.
Served in the contemporary restaurant, you can look forward to a delectable blend of French cuisine - with both Mediterranean and far eastern influences. 80% of the ingredients used are sourced from the South of England. The fish which is all line caught is from Cornwall and Scotland.
The Vineyards a la carte menu includes culinary delights ranging from poached hand caught Scottish scallops to free range locally sources produce and sumptuous deserts.
