Sap Business One Implementation Range From Small Company To Multinational Corporation

When you are selecting your next accounting and ERP applications it is always a good

idea to pick the package which could help you in the future as well assuming that you are expecting your business to grow. From this perspective we would like to take a look at the offer from SAP known as Business One. First of all lets say that it is always a good idea to pick software from brand name vendor. Secondly it might be not a good idea to pick something which has minimal cost. Q. We have heard that SB1 could be deployed in multinational corporation as it is translated to various languages. We are not a large company but we have several subsidiaries internationally to optimize production cost

A. This is correct. Application is localized in such popular destinations as Brazil, Russia, China, South East Asia, most of Europe and Latin America. The number of users might be quite large and even close to two hundred. It is not available in Arabic however. When you are deploying accounting system in foreign country we recommend you to talk to SAP regional office as there might be unexpected complications. For example in Brazil you should expect ISV add-ons automating Public Digital Bookkeeping System abbreviated as SPED

Q. Is system open for Customization and Integration with external applications?

A. Yes as it has Software Development Kit as well as ISV integration tools such as iBolt for example. There might be no need to do programming as you can add user defined tables and fields in user interface
