Colin makes mention of enhancing the balance sheet which no doubt means that they (TE) are looking are looking to help them raise some capital and do some investment banking...because analysts do not do research and initiate coverage without the necessary element of banking..never have... never will. It is a necessary evil. Understand also these guys at Think are great at what they do..I read them every day.

We believe Satcon's core expertise in power conversion will persist as a high-value segment of the solar supply chain as investors and installers look to maximize yield from solar PV installations. Given its diverse product offerings and multiple power management platforms, we believe Satcon is well positioned to take share in the solar PV market.

Geographic exposure in backlog is diversifying. Satcon had been running with about 85% of revenue from North America, but its backlog tells another story, with 50% in North America, 30% in Asia/Pacific, and 20% in Europe. We believe North America and Asia will be key growth areas for solar. Satcon has grown its backlog since 1Q:09 and is beginning to demonstrate its ability to generate at least one turn of its backlog within two quarters.
