What can you expect from PayPal?

What Happens After Satellite Direct Payment
Immediately after making a payment, you will be taken to a receipt page where you can print and save. I generally do nothing and let the page sit there until the following occurs: You will immediately receive at least two emails in your inbox. One from the payment processor (ClickBank) and the other from Satellite Direct.
The payment processor will email your order/receipt information for safe keeping. But more importantly, will provide instructions on what to do if you experience any problems or need to ask questions. Be sure to read both emails thoroughly. Because a link is provided that helps you make a refund request (more on this later).
Don't try to request a refund from Satellite Direct - you'll be wasting your time! And remember, you have within 60 days to request a refund which starts at the time you made the purchase.
Satellite Direct will also send you their email with instructions and a link that takes you to the download/member's area. These instructions are relatively simple to carry out. However, in the event that something should go wrong, go back to the ClickBank email.
For instance, ClickBank has a very easy system once you know how to get help. Check the email that was sent if you made a payment through them. A link will be provided that takes you to their customer service page.
And by the way, if something goes wrong and you didn't get the Satellite Direct download instructions; this is the place to go
Go to the CLKBank.com order page to look up your order number - if you didn't receive it via email. Or if you have your order number (provided in ClickBank email) simply enter it in the appropriate box and follow instructions. In fact, you can even speak with a customer service representative immediately if you like.
Also important, once you entered your order number, you will be taken to a page that also allows you to request a refund. Now that's really simple!
I know that people sometimes get hung up on these types of online transactions. If you run into an issue, stay calm and be sure to refer to both emails (ClickBank and Satellite Direct).
Sometimes these emails don't come to your inbox because of your computer's spam filters. So be sure to check your spam or junk email for ClickBank and Satellite Direct. Remember, both emails are usually sent to your inbox right after making a purchase online - thats if the payment transaction was accepted.
