A lot of Filipinos are making waves in the world of animation here in the country and abroad. During its inception in the 1980s, the industry was only limited to entry-level skills services. Another home grown talent, Oliver Santiago, a freshman Computer Graphics Design student, was featured in Philippine Daily Inquirer (one of the countrys leading newspaper) for his equally creative and unique design for Graphika Manilas booklet. Graphika Manila 2012 is the most prestigious, influential, and largest digital arts gathering in the country participated by pioneers and experts in different multimedia fields.
