By the time you get to the end of this article you will feel a very relaxed as you discover how to use writing as a form of self confidence hypnosis.

When you write, your whole mind is engaged. You subconscious is actually ingrained with the content that you are creating. Perhaps this is why authors of self-help and personal growth seem to get more and more successful. Their mind is reinforced by what they write down.

To start the process off, take a sheet of paper and write out what you want to achieve. Some say that writing by hand reinforces the link to your mind. Others say that typing it out is just fine. So it is really up to you on how you would like to proceed. Personally, I like keeping a journal and handwriting things out. It also helps me keep track of my progres.

Write out what it would be like to achieve the confidence you desire. How will you talk? What would you be doing? What other achievements or goals will be attained as a consequence of you gaining this confidence. The more detailed you are, the better your subconscious mind will absorb the message. Try to include all five senses in what you write down. Along with sights and sounds, incorporate smells, touch, and taste. What does an apple taste like to a confident person? How does he/she eat it? It may sound sill, but it works wonders.

You now have discovered how to use writing as a form of self confidence hypnosis. It would be best to do this a couple of times a week. Repetition is also good for solidifying hypnotic suggestions.
