One of the best ways to exercise is walking outdoors. It is low impact on the knees. If you're not worried about that then cycling or jogging comes in a close second or third.

A constant threat to this great outdoor exercise is being attacked by dogs. Close to 5 million Americans every year get attacked by dogs with nearly 1,000,000 of them being hospitalized. Of that number, nearly half are kids.

It is now a serious problem and only getting worse.

1.Don't go near a dog you don't know.

3.Never run away from a dog.
