You should ask yourself this question, too, because it is really the most important question, and the answer tells you exactly what you need to know in order to sell a house quickly, assuming that is your real goal.

Sellers who are not in a position to discount their asking price in order to sell a house quickly may face a problem because investors usually buy at a discounted price. Investors usually improve the property and re-sell it, so they have to budget for their improvements. If an investor cannot negotiate a sale at the right price, he simply will not buy it. If you are not able to sell your house at a discounted price, that means you aren't in a good position to sell to an investor. With sufficient equity in your house, however, and a desire to sell a house quickly, there's no faster way to make a sale than to an investor.
