Like many men and woman out there I like to take part in helping the environment. The issue that I have (and I'm certain many other people have the same issue) is that I have a jam packed life as it is and my weeks are always jam packed with things that I cannot get out of. I always feel bad when I don't do a little bit to help the environment but regrettably many days pass by when I actually cannot fit anything more into my day. I've written the following article to inform you of a few things which I've come across which allows me to help the environment and which take very little time. Many months ago I found out about handset recycling. I must be honest I'd always heard about it but like many people I was a little cautious of it as I'd never done it before but it was brilliant. I was able to sell mobile phones for cash in a few easy steps and what's even superior is that I was helping the environment at the same time. Many people throw their mobile phones in the bin but by recycling them they will be refurbished and sent to developing countries. It's also nice because I am able to help the environment whilst earning a little cash myself.
Along with when you sell phones for cash there are other simple ways to help the environment. Curbs side collection is a fantastic way to reduce your trash by around 60% which is a huge amount. The bin men will come and collect your recycling so all you need to do is put it into different boxes dependant on the material and they'll recycle it for you. In many areas this is now mandatory but if it isn't in your area get everyone involved.
I also found out about clothing recycle projects. It's a great way to get rid of lots of your clothing you no longer need. It's also great if the quality of your clothing isn't great as they pay you for bulk.
