Your nothing without a list. A list of subscribers is your blood and you need to feed it with great food. You need at least 12 months worth of emails ready to go in your autoresponder.

You need great information to feed your list. Don't give people a reasion to unsubscride. Call them to action every email. That doesn't mean that you should sell them something every email. It just means give them great links and information so you grow with them.
Don't brun your list out!
Let's say you have a list of a 1000 people, do you really think you will have a 1000 people if you keep trying to sell them something? No way, they will leave you so fast. Like I said before give them a reasion to stay with you and not anyone else.
Caring is key.
You have to care about your list and you have to do your best to help them with any questions that they might have. The more helpful you are the more likly that they will trust you and the more the buy from you.

You need to sell high end products to sell to your list. Why? Well, let's think. If you are trying to sell a car to someone it's going to take a little more then one time to get them to buy right? Well, same goes with selling high end products its going to take more then one email to get people to buy it. Why high end? Well, more money for you.
The higher priced something is people tend to think that it is worth the money.
