Should you go for Domestic Autos or Import Autos
?Should I go in for a car or rather splash the cash on an SUVs & VANs? This is a dilemma faced by several people and the situation is only compounded when one seeks others opinions because each one will have a different say on the subject. There are others who swayed by their friend or relative's advice buy a certain vehicle, only to regret about it later. Therefore while buying a vehicle, it is absolutely essential that one carefully consider the various features of a car, SUV or van, then compare their pros and cons and only after having made a firm decision, go ahead and buy it.
So here we offer you both the advantages and disadvantages of all import autos and domestic autos and then leave it for you to decide which vehicle best suits your needs.
Cars (Domestic autos)
Advantages
1. A standard car is easier on the pocket than an SUV or van.
2. Provide a much smoother and quieter ride and also are easier vehicles to park.
3. More stable on turns and have shorter braking distances.
4. Better on fuel economy.
Disadvantages
Generally cars can only accommodate a smaller number of people.
SUVs (Import autos)
Advantages
1. Because of its spaciousness, they can be used to carry more passengers and hence are perfect for large sized families.
2. They are sturdy vehicles and therefore are a better option off the road. They are also the best vehicles for varied road conditions.
3. The SUV's extra height allows the driver to have an enhanced field of vision.
4. It provides space for carrying extra luggage at the rear end and heavy goods too can be hauled on top of the vehicle.
Disadvantages
1.They tend to be priced higher than vans and cars.
2. Due to its large size, parking sometimes becomes a problem.
3. Because of the Body of Frame' construction and its height off the ground, it is much more prone to roll over.
3. They are much more expensive than cars and also tend to use up more gas.
Vans (Import autos)
Advantages
1. Just like SUVs, vans too have room for a large number of people.
2. Vans are usually tall and box shaped with a low floor and minimal clearance from the ground. This makes them more spacious and efficient movers for both people and cargo.
3. Vans usually will be more aerodynamic andlighter than SUVs and they also often have smaller engines.Thus they give better gas mileage than SUVs.
Disadvantages
They consume much more fuel in comparison to cars and therefore you will have to pay up more for fuel consumption.
