1. Blogging The reason I love blogging so much is just because you are able to blog about what you want. I started blogging a few years ago and have built my blogs up enough to pay my bills every month. Don't think that just because you are working that blogging won't work. Within 3 months I was earning what I earned in 1 week from my regular job.
2. Sell items The thing about selling items is to start by figuring out what others want to buy. Selling on Craigslist and Ebay is really different, sometimes tools and electronics sell best and other times furniture and video games sell better. It really all depends on where you live and what price you buy the items for.
Both of these ways are all wonderful to start out with. Once you can use one of these methods to earn cash on the side you'll then be able to build your business where you can eventually earn cash steadily. Just imagine, if you put in the time now you'll be paid for years to come. Take this mentality and turn it into a business, that is what I did and I am so glad I did.
