To win the game, the small business guy should have something new,especial the business model. the big guy is hard to change the business model as they are too big to change.

The big guy have a big company to do some sourcing, their price is much lower than the normal importer.and they can get a better freight rate from the shipping agent.and they can do the marketing with lower cost.

but there are too many employee at their company, also they have too many precess to deal with. which cost a lot for their business. they import the container to their headquarter warehouse,then dispatch to their single shop.which cost more inland truck fee and load/unload container fee also.

When we take a look of the big company.we take some action so that we can win the competition.

If a company who organize a lot of small retailer to buy a single products, the price will be much better than the super guy. which can beat the super guy. also as the company organize a lot of small retailer to buy from China. they must be gotten a better freight rate from the shipping company. which can equal the big guy.also the company mix the container in China for the small retailers, which save the inland truck fee for the small retailer, which don't need to send to the big warehouse then dispatch to the single shop.
