, over a text message. Yes Im talking about break ups. Sometimes, whether its a selection or a situation, break ups will definitely happen. This article will tell you on the different stages of break ups and what way can you avoid or manage with them. Break ups can happen for many different reasons, the more usual of which is communication breakdowns although most of my break ups were due to third parties coming between us and disloyalty on my partners side. Most break ups really dont occur abruptly save for certain cases. Most of them are actually breakdowns and unhappiness built up over time and ultimately leads to a break up.

For the easier cases, its best to evaluate the current condition such as whether the relationship can still be salvaged, and whether you still have feelings for your partner. Sometimes its best to take help from a 3rd party or a counsellor. During a break up, things may take a turn for the worst. It will affect you emotionally and mentally, depending on how deep the relationship is. Be in touch with your classmates, friends and people you meet by sending SMS. Some signs include losing sleep and losing interest in everything else. Mainly its just holing yourself up so the best thing to do would be to keep a clear mind (easier said than done) and just get it done and over with as soon as possible to prevent yourself from any more self inflicted sadness.

After the break up, your mind will be in a state of confusion and you will definitely be emotionally weak. Its best not to think too much at the moment as it will only add to the confusion. To forget about the whole thing is not possible but just take 1 step at a time. For beginners, find something new to do, such as a hobby or a sport. Or even hang out with friends or old friends you havent seen in ages. Even meeting and knowing new people can help the method along, and who knows, maybe you could find someone more suitable through that?
