These methods help us to use solar energy to generate electricity, heat water, cook, and perform horticulture and agriculture. Also for cooling, heating and ventilation we can use solar energy. Today we even have solar vehicles which proclaim the advantages of solar energy.

The burning of fossil causes pollution .The world is slowing being destroyed it has caused global warming. But the energy harnessed from the sun is free from all forms of pollution. That is why we can harness the solar energy without any fear. The solar energy does not produce any smoke or green house emission .The biggest advantage of the solar energy is that it does not pollute.

One of the biggest advantages of solar energy is that it is very cheap. The only cost is the setting up of the panel. Earlier, the cost was high but in recent times the cost has been considerably reduced due to the innovations in solar Panels, solar cells, photovoltaic cells. All these combined, have has cut down the cost .The only time you spend is when you set it up Then every time y the sun shines you have your energy.

Wind, water and geothermal energy are confirmed to a particular place or time. But solar energy is every where, even on cloudy days, some rays reach the earth so we can say that solar energy is in abundance.

The solar radiations are enough to tap energy. Regions around the equator enjoy a year long supply of solar radiations and are the best places to harness it. Countries like Ghana have the highest number of household solar panel set up. This adds to the solar energy advantages as we can never run out of ample sun light.

With the irrationally fast depletion of fossil fuels, there is hardly any time to waste.. So it is very essential to make use of the solar energy advantages at the earliest as it is the best form of archaic energy, available for diffusing the energy crisis.
