This makes it ideal for companies who hate the cold and enjoy warm winters. Texan's also love the area which is extremely relaxing and chilled out as it has a climate that can be great for the whole family. 4. If you are a defence or technology based company then a city in Texas could be great thanks to a steady stream of graduates from The University of Texas. This fact has lead to the state becoming a key player in the technology sector as it is the location of many of the major technology companies such as AMD, Apple and Google. For example, my friends company took Dallas office space and it meant that they were in a prime location for networking with experts in the field.

Austin is the state capital of Texas and it has a little slogan, which is "The Live Music Capital of the World", this one phrase reflect how musically vibrant the city is. The city also has a booming night life, especially on 6th street and the city's annual film and music festival, South by Southwest, attracts thousands and thousands of tourists each year. All of these tourists could be potential customers for your company.

For all of these reasons, even though Texas may not be the most high profile state in the United States, such as New York, but it might just be one of the best for real estate for a business.
