Moreover, this study is a chance for those who want to make a contribution in scientific knowledge. If one is interested in some scientific research, than postgraduate education is a good choice to pursue it in the most interesting issue of the chosen subject.

However, apart from all advantages of the postgraduate education, there are some disadvantages that should be taken into consideration.

The first thing that stops most of students is that they lose the opportunity to start their career early.

While others earn money and upgrade their professional skills, postgraduate students continue their study. They devote time to learning, reading literature and researching.

The other drawback is that one will not be a financially independent person for some few years more. He/she will need a financial support for his/her education, as well as for a scientific research.

What is more, if one wants to obtain a postgraduate education, he/she should posses a number of specific skills. The most important are time-management skills, critical thinking and problem-solution reasoning. Do not forget about transferable skills as project management and research skills. Without them it will be very difficult to pursue one's research.

And the last thing, lack of personal time. Researchers often sacrifice their personal life for the sake of science.
