Spain based company PixelMoon conquers USA and European kids ebook market with Urki

, Beyond the Forest application created under the impression of Neverending story and Jim Hensons movies.

This application is an adventures book with a video game included, written in English, Spanish and intended for 7-11 years old readers. This is the result of the work of two people: Mchel Goi as developer and Mnica Coca as writer and illustrator.

The basis of Urkis story is mostly Mnica Cocas imagination, but she has found her inspiration in the books she read and the films she saw during her childhood like Neverending story by Michael Ende and Jim Hensons movies.

Among wide variety of children applications this one is notable for the combination of exciting story, original illustrations and unique interactive game with music specially composed for this ebook app. The magic atmosphere is all around you on every page!

It's conceived as an entertainment for children but since the launch of the app weve found that adults also love it! So now, we say that its a book-app for kids of all ages. The launch was a month ago and we have had sales from countries like India, so maybe if the things go right we could translate it in other languages, tells Mnica Coca to dbReaders.

PixelMoon has contacted with other writers and illustrators in order to start new projects linked to the world of the childhood and this month they will start with the second part of Urkis adventures.
