The spring safe system has an overload protection device which enables the metal foreign bodies to pass crushing cavity without causing damage to the machine. It is either sealed with dry oil or water to separate stone powder and lubricating oil to ensure reliable performance.

It consists of frame ,transmission device,eccentric bushing ,lubrication system,horizontal axis,fixed cone and flexible cone as well as the controlling system. The flexible cone is fixed on a suspending vertical axis installed in the eccentric shaft bush of the horizontal axis.
