Springfield, Louisiana is a town located in the United States with a total population of 407 people according to the last census taken in 2009. The town covers an estimated 1.4 square miles of land and derived its name from the numerous artesian wells that may be found within its confines.

The town is primarily occupied by Caucasians who make up 96.20% of its total population.
