Sprint introduces 4G applications Challenge

Sprint recently launched a contest for some of the best applications that use its

? Very soon? 4G network. The 5 categories: Multimedia, Games, Productivity, Social and Entertainment applications will be placed on judging the All-Star jury from companies such as Sprint to Wired and Ars Technica

.

The winner of each category will receive a package price of the following:

* $50,000 cash

* 1 year membership PDP

* 250 hours Virtual Developer Lab

* HTC EVO 4G unit with 1 year service

This looks very promising and, at least, to encourage developers to create innovative, intuitive, and new applications for Android in the coming months. For further details or if youre interested developers can register at the information here.
