Not out of a awareness of rivalry but because it is understandable to perceive the love people get from running their own business, and their own lives.

Persons have different reasons for fitting into the form of an an industrialist - we are not the same; and as such you will undoubtedly need to do business in a better way than you have seen exhibited by other bosses in prior jobs you have had.
