You will need him to help calculate the start up costs associated with starting a business, so he can deduct it from your profits. Make sure to get an accountant who is very familiar with business law, because a mistake from him can turn into a major headache for you. If you have experience, or know someone with a lot of experience, you can try to do them yourself, but the rule about mistakes still applies. Ignorance is not bliss in this instance.
