Everyday in our life there is no way that we can't encounter stress

. We could get it either from our office, school, home, ad friends. It has been a fact of life that stress has been part of it.

We cannot escape this fact; this has become a part of our life. It's a fact that we cannot completely get rid of stress but there are ways where we can have the control over it and able to manage it. There are some stress relief techniques discovered which would help us and train us on how to deal with our stress issues. Here are my top three suggestions.

Aromatherapy: It's a form of therapy where they use essential oils as aromatic scents to relieve stress. There are already numerous people that use this method as a treatment to their stress because it is effective and they find relief using it. It's usually produced in the form of oil as essential oil. It works miraculously because only through smelling its scent can you feel the relief. You can use it in many ways like as inhalers in your room or in your office, as bath oil, and massage oil. It contains oil molecules which are responsible in giving us relief from stress. This is the reason why lots of people prefer to use this method because it's easy to use it, all you need to do is smell the scent and you feel relieved already. Also the reason why it is highly recommended as one of the best stress relief techniques.

Humor: My most preferred stress relief technique that is used today. I prefer it because it's an easy method. There's nothing else to do but to find something or think of something that could make you laugh or even smile. You can buy yourself a joke book or recalling some bloopers is one great memory to remember or other funny events that you had experienced. The good thing about humor is it redirects your thoughts and attention fast. There is no chance for stress to break through if you always feel happy. Take some effort to look for something that could cheer you up. That could be one of the best weapon you could have to combat stress.


Yoga: This is a form of exercise that has been used for decades already but still effective to most people in relieving their stress problems. The main goal that this method has is to encourage a relaxing state in a man's health. Others already consider this method as medicines because of the effectiveness they've experienced in doing this exercise. Yoga is composed of different sets and techniques and its effectiveness depends on the current condition that you want to treat. It's the reason why there are still many people who's into yoga because they believe that can find relief in yoga and considered it as one of the most effective stress relief techniques to have.
