Scandals which have rocked the organization, or difficult and painful choices which need to be made, can all more easily be addressed by a person who is open and transparent with both themselves, and their colleagues and employees.

Open communication is another strong leadership skill which is capable of turning a business around. Open communication starts with listening honestly and completely first, and then speaking. For a Christian business person to dramatically turn any struggling organization around, they will need to first listen to the complaints and recommendations of both the employees and managers. A wealth of insight into perceived and actual problems can be gained in this way.
