Success Surely Depends On The Team Efforts

A team comprises of group of people linked in a common purpose

. Teams are especially appropriate for conducting tasks that are high in complexity and have many dependent tasks. A group in itself does not necessarily constitute a team. Teams normally have members with complementary skills and generate synergy through a coordinated effort which allows each member to maximize his or her strengths and minimize his or her weaknesses. Team members need to learn how to help one another, help other team members realize their true potential, and create an environment that allows everyone to go beyond their limitations.

Team building is an art, it depends on individual, the way they are able to build it and implement it. To build a team minimum number of persons should be at least 3 and there is no limit for maximum number of people. It depends on the work the number of people required and belonging to a particular field.

The team activities should be interlinked to each other and it should be carried with full cooperation and coordination.

In an organization team building ideas should be taken from the employees so, that they feel motivated. This will enhance their self confidence and makes them responsible towards the organization.

Corporate team building can be done only with the help of team building ideas from employees. Individual efforts lead to corporate team building.

Some other ways to make team is through conference events and team cooking. These are some of the secondary ways by which the teams are built in order to reduce the complexity of task and due to coordination and cooperation the tasks become easier.

There are many types of teams. Like- independent and interdependent teams, self managed teams, project teams, sports teams, virtual teams etc.

Working in a team can make the work much easier and the curiosity to achieve the goal enhances which leads to success.
