TAKETWO at the London Premiere of The Expendables!

Celebrities gathered yesterday to celebrate Sylvester Stallone's new movie

, The Expendables and taketwo were on the scene. Stallone was joined by his two other co-stars, Dolph Lundgren and Jason Statham in Leicester Square's Odeon theatre red-carpeted premiere, which was lined with fans screaming Rocky! Rocky!'

This film is said to be a glorious come back of the authentic action characters seen in classic 80's action films that are thrown into an age dominated by digital effects. Stallone, best known for Rambo' and Rocky', wrote, directed and starred in the film, in which he leads a group of mercenaries who are caught up in a plot to overthrow a murderous dictator of a fictitious nation. The actor hopes that the film has a certain rapport with the audience, with the age of larger than life superhero's and films like Avatar on screens, he wanted to get back to basics.

The film is jam-packed with countless explosions and fight scenes between Sly's team, which includes stars like, Jason Statham, Jet-Li, Dolph Lundgren, Mickey Rourke, Terry Crews, former pro wrestler Steve Austin and Ultimate fighting champion Randy Couture. The picture was also fortunate enough to have cameos from action stars, Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzeneggar.

Anyone can see just how much work went into the authenticity of the fight scenes. Stallone himself is proof of how realistic the fights were, whilst filming he broke his neck. This film is filled with testosterone as some the biggest male action stars pitched in to bring Stallone's picture to life. The film is released in the US this Friday on 13th August 2010 but isn't released in the UK till 19th August 2010.
