Whatever property is selected for a luxury holiday, please make a prior confirmation, so that the availability of the desired resort is ensured. Initially, 50% of the mentioned amount is to be deposited. This will be non-refundable. The rest will be paid on the first day of the occupation, or the first extra day.

. If the customer wants to get the rental cancelled, the cancellation fee has to be paid.

. If the cancellation is done by InLux due to some unforeseen contingency, an alternative lodging will be arrange and intimated in time.

The number of people should not exceed that of sleeping places. Arrivals and departures will be noted down at the apartment. The management of InLux realizes that the residents will love to keep their pets in the memorable resort. But keeping the fact in view that the alien environment for the dogs and cats can make them a bit deviate from their usual behavior. Thus an extra amount of charges can be asked to ensure extra cleaning/security etc. This is straight responsibility of the occupants to maintain the general condition and order of the accommodation. Every bit of furniture, facilities, fittings, equipment should be kept in the same condition as was at the time of possessing it.

This is the responsibility of person who signs the contract, that everybody accompanying him or invited by him should display decent behavior. The actual property along with all the accessories like furniture and equipment is covered under insurance for any damage by fire, window glass breakage or theft. But the valuables and any property owned by the occupants is not given any such coverage. Although a strict check and security is ensured, any mishap can happen unexpectedly. In that case, the resident will be responsible himself.

This is not at all expected that any complaint is made against any service here, but there can be a human error on the part of the hosts. In that case, please let the concerned people know. The problem will be fully addressed. It is a pleasure to save the memorable moments of our life. Photographs are a necessary part of the stay. But it is not permitted that photographs taken in these premises be used for the sake of profit making in any way. These properties can only be used for residential use. No functions, either social, business or other sorts are permitted within these premises.
