, personnel and environment from the hazards of particulates and aerosols generated by the handling of low-to-moderate risk solids and liquids. The work in progress is protected with ISO Class 5/Class 100 air. In addition to biological research and pharmacy applications, these hoods are also used in industry for the safe handling of dust and powders.

Bsc Class Ii B Ii Cabinet is a total exhaust, non-recirculating, vertical laminar flow biological safety fume hood. It was developed by Germfree in order to provide protection from diverse types of bio hazardous materials as well as gases and fumes in the work area.

These Cabinets augment the level of protection delivered by a conventional fume hood and a Class II Type A Bio safety Cabinet, by venting 100% of the air entering the hood to the outside. This total exhaust feature makes the B2 bio safety cabinet suitable not only for handling particulates, but also fumes and gases. It is especially desirable for work with radio nuclides, effluents from subliming particulates and noxious odours.

These units are come with sliding tempered glass view screen, removal work tray, and metal diffuser over supply filter and large HEPA filters. Our these Class II biological safety cabinets can be either exhausted back into the room or connected to a facility HVAC system. The cabinets airflow is 30 % exhausted and 70 % regulated to minimize cross contamination of low to moderate risk biological in the absence of volatile toxic chemicals. Vertical, unidirectional airflow and a front access opening are common to most Class II cabinets. But, because Class II designs permit different airflow patterns, velocities, HEPA air filter position, ventilation rates and exhaust methods, a sub-classification of Type is needed to differentiate Class II BSC designs.

This type of cabinet is widely used in clinical, hospital, life science, research and pharmaceutical laboratories. In general, cabinets are classified according to the method by which air volumes are re circulated or exhausted.

The outer body of the units is made of mild steel with powder coating and inner body is completely made of stainless steel. The side walls are made of acrylic sheets. We use dynamically balanced blower-motor assembly and of ISI marked. This assembly ensures trouble free and long lasting performance.
