Preselling requires that you have a genuine concern for your customers' needs because it is about building trust. Often Internet marketers make the mistake of thinking that they can do away with the people factor required in a business. Having an online business is like a conventional business. Interacting with your customers is a necessity.

Examine your own buying habits for a while. Would you rather buy from a stranger or someone you know? It is true that building relationship and trust takes time.But doing so also allows you a greater understanding of your customers' needs and increases your credibility.
