Often Internet marketers make the mistake of thinking that they can do away with the people factor required in a business. Having an online business is like a conventional business. Interacting with your customers is a necessity.

Examine your own buying habits for a while. Would you rather buy from a stranger or someone you know? It is true that building relationship and trust takes time.But doing so also allows you a greater understanding of your customers' needs and increases your credibility.

This lead up to your eventual presell helps you make products that are instant hits.
