Talking with a lisp, is an embarrassing speech impediment, that effects one's ability when pronouncing the sounds (s) and (z), the mispronunciation of these sounds end up as (th).

A friend of mine, was in dire need to get her youngest to stop lisping, the playground bullies were really doing a job one her, to the point where she refused to talk, kids can be so cruel.
