Tenant Satisfaction At An All Time High Thanks To Landlord Education

New statistics from the National Landlords Association (NLA) indicate that an overwhelming

79 per-cent of tenants Landlord educationare satisfied with their current landlord, something which Belvoir Sheffield, a leading estate agents in Sheffield claims is partly down to landlord education.

The Letting agents Manchester , which has an office on Campo Lane believes that landlords are less reluctant to seek professional advice than they once were, which is decreasing void periods and increasing customer experience.

We are finding that more and more landlords are moving from managing their own properties to using our professional skills, and as a result of us managing their properties, tenant retention is much better. Not only is managing their own properties a legal minefield, but most tenants have advised that things get done much quicker through a third party, rather than with the landlord directly.

The new report unveiled that 46 per-cent of tenants have lived in their current rental home for four or more years showing high satisfaction levels, and 36 per cent of tenants still reside in their first rental property.

The research also reveals that, whilst the majority (71 percent) of tenants rent because they cant afford to buy, for some renting is the tenure of choice, nine percent of tenants prefer the flexibility that renting offers and a further nine per-cent say that they can afford to rent properties that they couldnt afford to buy.
