* Automobiles The cars we drive everyday create a significant amount of heat due
to the fact that they burn gasoline as fuel for the internal combustion engine. For example, the heat exhaust generated is vented to the rear of the vehicle through an exhaust system. The exhaust system consists of a header (captures the exhaust gases from the engine block), a muffler (used to decrease the audio level of the "explosion" that occurs from running the internal combustion engine) and the exhaust pipes that are use to route the hot exhaust gases to the backend of the car.
