The phone has been designed to manage professional needs of the users. The latest addition in the Blackberry fleet is Blackberry Pearl 9100. It is the latest handset into the Blackberry's Pearl fleet. It is another treat from RIM. It is attractive enough to bring the good old days of the reliable and easy to use candy bar handsets.

Blackberry fans like these simple handsets and want to have the Blackberry experience they've enjoyed on their QWERTY handsets in a bit more compact form. The Pearl 9100 is the perfect answer to their wish. The new Blackberry 9100 has 3G with WiFi that their previous Blackberry Pearl families have but forgot in other models.The phone is quite similar to the Blackberry 9700, with a signature Sure Type keyboard. The optical trackpad has been replaced with its earlier trackball that proved somewhat problematic after a while with normal use. It has a 5th edition Blackberry OS that will offer a faster speed.

There is "Pearl" emblazoned at the back of the phone. The phone has a flash. The handset is not exactly offering the experience of the Bold or Curve series. The phone has the most advanced features such as 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity, 3.2-megapixel camera, optical trackpad, Blackberry Messenger, built-in GPS, SureType technology and access to BlackBerry App World. It measures 108 mm x 50 mm x 13.3 mm. The phone is not also very heavy. It weighs just 93 grams. It has social networking applications like Facebook and Twitter. The phone comes with an alphanumeric keypad fixed comfortably in the small device. For a person who is good in writing text, a QWERTY or an alphanumeric hardlt makes any difference. If the buyer is comfortable with QWERTY keypad, then the US version of the 9105; Pearl 3G 9100 is more adaptable. A similar version of the predictive text input, SureType technology by Blackberry, removes the uneasiness in typing. Leading service providers like Vodafone, Orange, T, Virgin and others are offering attractive blackberry pearl 9100 deals.
