The Beatles final five albums were Magical Mystery Tour

All five of these albums are contained in the Remastered Beatles in Stereo Box Set and Magical Mystery Tour and The White Album are contained in the Remastered Beatles in Mono Box Set.
Magical Mystery Tour (1967) - Possibly their most underrated album and that's probably because it is not really a true album so people have a difficult time giving it real respect for the excellent songs it contains. It is the Fab Four at their most purposefully psychedelic before they began to pull back the experimentation a bit and as a lover of trippy music, that makes it an obvious favorite of mine.
The White Album (1968) - My all time favorite album by anyone. No, it doesn't flow as well as Abbey Road or Sgt. Pepper and one could certainly argue that it's not as consistent as Rubber Soul or Revolver are but I enjoy listening to it repeatedly for the huge variety of styles that it brings to my ears. This double album is a true masterpiece.
Yellow Submarine (1969) - This "album" is not really much of a Beatles album because it contains only four new songss that weren't already released on a previous album. But still "Hey Bulldog" and "It's All Too Much" make it worth listening to.
Abbey Road (1969) - This 17 track album is the favorite of lots of Beatles fans and for many very good reasons. The most clear is the stunning "suite" of side two put together by Paul McCartney and George Martin. Along with the suite there is the classic songs like "Come Together," "Something," and "Here Comes The Sun." Abbey Road also features the "smoothest" and most "modern" production of The Beatles career.
Let It Be (1970) - This was the final album released but Abbey Road was the last album to be recorded. It's a tad sloppy and uneven by their very high standards yet it still includes some legendary tracks like "Get Back" and "Across The Universe."
