What do you have to do to get paid? Does it appeal to you? (Bear in mind that it takes approximately the same effort to advertise a $10 product as it does a $500 product). Do you have retail commissions? Does it involve residual income? Do you receive payments for bringing in new distributors? What about the override returns on your team's sales? In the absence of it, you'll be making no money, no matter how proficient the company, the product and the compensation plan are. Does your upline in the company sustain you, do they respond to your questions promptly and effectively? Can they explain to you internet network marketing skills? Can they help you make your own website and, most notably, drive traffic to it? Can they teach you how to use online social networks to advertise your products? Speaking with your family and friends isn't going to be as much as necessary to sustain your business long-term, you need the strength of the internet to get through to people all over the country and around the world in order to develop a solid, ongoing team. A good internet marketing strategy can allow you to get to a 3 or 4 figure income within months. If you haven't located a skilled leader, you'd better look for one, as no matter the MLM company you opt for, the training you have and the system you use are vital.
