As we continue our on our Rift quest, you need to pay attention to soul selection at around level 17.

For this stage in the game, I recommend that you choose Paragon. Don't worry about filling the tree for this particular soul, you can just exchange it at a later date at one of the warrior trainers. You will need some gold to do this, so make sure you have been following my advice in earlier posts.

As you approach the level 17 marker point, you need to make Paragon you main choice in the talent tree. This tree is by far the most superior of all the Warrior trees. This choice also gives you the ultimate set of skills that are required for a fast and successful leveling up game.

Another reason why this choice to so good, is the sheer scale, power and range of the attacks at your disposal. If that's not enough, you will be more that happy with the melee abilities.

The array of skills will serve you proud, even in the most challenging situations. If you come across a particularly highly skill opponent (which is more than likely) you have the ability to attack with the devastating Dual Strike' then follow it up with Strike like iron' etc, etc. If you find yourself fighting a predictable one movement master! Then just play them at their own game and utilize "Bend like a Reed" and rack-up the combo points.

This way you will sustain minimal damage from the opponents Melee attacks, obviously this type of repeated attack, is not only boring, but also has little affect on the Caster breeds out there. But what you will find, is that the majority of enemies will use some sort of repetitive melee attack, and you need to be prepared for this.

You will also be able to build the combo points while battling the lesser mobs/opponents. While this is advisable, do not spend too much of your time with unnecessary Grinding.
