The Bodyholiday Le Sport Introduces New Well-fit Families Programme For Sporty Families On St Lucia

Families planning the idyllic getaway to St Lucia this summer season will be in for

a special treat with the The BodyHoliday Le Sport's newly launched sporty programme, especially designed for families and offering them with a fantastic way of keeping fit during their St Lucia holidays while also having lots of fun. The new Well-Fit Families programmes launched by the resort is a family-based Fitness week, designed around the beach!

With the initiative of making families more active and get them moving while enjoying fun holidays in St Lucia, the new fitness programme will not only be extremely healthy for all family members involved but also highly energising and fun. Some of the new activities planned out for Well-Fit Families Week include learning the skills and developing the fitness that a beach lifeguard would; from physical strength and cardiovascular fitness to first aid CPR training! From Mental focus in YOGA flow to stamina on a bike ride or basic sailing skills on our hobbie cats; Well-Fit Families has to all! The ultimate benefits being that over the week a sense of cohesion and family spirit is felt by everyone who attends. This is echoed with our last event on the Saturday morning; a team Beach Athlone where the competitive spirit of all the familys brings together all the training of the week!

7:30am 8:30am WFF - Swim, Dive and Collect - Beach

4:30pm 5:30pm WFF - CPR Training

Friday:

7:30am 8:30am WFF Family Yoga Flow - Boardwalk

3:30pm 4:30pm WFF Paddle

Saturday:

8:00am 9:30am WFF - Beach Athlon Finale (Team Event)

The programme will officially kick off on the week beginning 16th July 2012 and will last for a total of seven weeks, ending on 27th August 2012.
