However, if you are more comfortable sleeping on your side, this can be done as well. Try to avoid sleeping on your stomach as this may put stress on your neck.
When you do sleep on your back on the beds and mattresses try to make sure that the mattress you choose is a self-adjusting mattress or air mattress. This will help to keep you comfortable in your sleeping position and place your body just right on the mattress.
