Fact: You do not burn fat around your stomach just by doing abdominal exercises. Your abdominals will be visible only if you have a sufficient fat percentage. For men it is 10% -12% and for females it is about 16% -18%. If you want to lose excess fat you need to do some sports like running or fitness and you also have to modify the way you eat.

Fact:It is even better to schedule the days. Your abdominal muscles are just identical to the rest of the muscles in your body. They require relaxation to grow. By day-to-day exercising you give them no relief and you will not get the effects you are straining for
Myth 4: Women need a opposite plan than men to develop their abdominalss.
Fact: The muscles of a females work the identical as the muscles of a men. Women usually have a bigger fat percentage and would therefore need to do more other sports. But the abdominal muscless workout remain the same.
