The Htc Wildfire Includes A 3.2 Inch Touch Screen With Pinch-to-zoom Capability

The HTC Wildfire has a 3.2 inch touch screen with pinch-to-zoom capability and offers

a Friend Stream application which combines all of the users contacts into one screen view with their details and Facebook status or latest Tweet on Twitter. It also provides a 5 megapixel camera and advanced all features.

The handset has 3G networking capability up to 7.2 megabits per second download and up to 384 kilobits per second upload speed respectively, along with both GPRS and EDGE technologies offering slower connections. Meanwhile, Wi-FI is also available for use where a signal is present, providing fast internet connectivity.

The 5 megapixel auto focus camera also has a flash and is capable of photo and video capture for the user to record great moments wherever they go. Photos and videos are also provided with geotagging through the digital compass and internal GPS antenna that the phone features. Further location based services include Google Maps and HTC Footprints which offers turn-by-turn navigation.

The Wildfire offers various special features including an in-built dimple flashlight and an App Sharing feature which lets the user share their favourite apps with friends and recommend them. The web browser also has full Flash support along with displaying full HTML webpages.

The user interface is very simple to use and includes 7 different home screens which the user can setup individually for different groups of contacts. The capacitive touch screen display is very responsive to touch movements with the Android operating system and HTC Sense added functionality offered. Memory is provided through a micros' card slot providing up to 32 gigabytes of storage in addition to 512 megabytes of read-only memory included. The phone is powered by 384 megabytes of random access memory (RAM) along with a 528 megahertz clock speed processor.

The handset also features a Gallery application for viewing videos and photos along with the Music application to sort and enjoy music. An internal FM radio is also present on this phone. Social networking applications including the Friend Stream widget and HTC Peep for easy tweeting on Twitter. Other widgets can be easily downloaded by the user to further customise their phone.

The HTC Wildfire is a powerful touchscreen handset optimised for social networking and the user who has different groups of friends and contacts. Additionally, it offers a powerful and renowned operating system which offers many capabilities to download further desired widgets and features to customise the phone more.
