The quantity we have to eat protein is 2 grams for 1 kilograms from our weight everyday, for example: I weight 70 kilograms, so I have to eat 140 gram of protein everyday.

2) Rest: we have to take a good rest after workout, about between 7-8 hour at night.

The rest is important because In the night when we sleep out muscles grow up and many parts from our body grow up and get strength.

3) Workout: we have to do good workout that not makes us to struggle.

The workout must be custom us personally that answer for our required.
