For example, alcohol addiction often becomes the major reason of your psychological disorder such as bipolar disorder, manic disorder, hypo manic disorder, schizophrenia, Alzheimer, obsessive compulsive disorder, hypertension, anxiety, depression, and trauma. All of them are very chronic mental diseases. That is why it becomes pivotal for you not to take alcohol at all.

Second most dread effect of alcohol addiction is your liver failure which mostly takes place due to the heavy usage of alcohol. Third most horrific effect of alcohol addiction is the kidney failure. Fourth most dreadful influence of alcohol addiction is the failure of your cardiovascular system. The truth of the matter is that alcohol contains high amount of calories and fats which become the major reason of your high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and finally heart diseases. In addition to this, there are many other chronic effects of alcoholism such as mood disorder, breakage of family bonds, agony, frustration, and complete lost of your entire lifer routines. More importantly, society does not accept those people who are involved in alcohol addiction. That is why drug addiction cannot be related to the norms and values of the society because they are against the ethics of our society, culture and civilization.

There are of plenty of logical reasons and causes of alcohol addiction such as genetic, emotional makeup, social, economic, psychological, age, frequency, and trying to feel good. Moreover those people who regular say that it cant happen to us they often indulge in the alcohol addiction eventually. Today the scenario of alcohol addition prevails everywhere in our culture. That is why it has to be said that it cannot be eliminated from our society at all but we can definitely take some precautionary measures how to prevent alcohol and drug addiction. First of all, we have to decide that for what purpose we are using the drugs? Second we have to contemplate on this reality that what do our parents, siblings, and friends feel about our character of a drug addict? Thirdly we have to decide that those people who use drugs they are actually trying themselves to stay away from the reality and even feeling hesitated to face the society.

That is why it becomes of the essence for us to leave the drugs forever because there is truly nothing in it at all except wasting our money, life, and lovable relationships. So please take an oath you will not use alcohol and any kind of drug yet again in your own life. Enjoy your life!
